I had to have my husbands Jeep Cherokee brought here for a problem that could only be fixed at the dealership. They took their time to make sure they had the right diagnosis and were honest when they realized they would not be able to repair the problem. Their repair guides did not go back far enough for our vehicle and they let us know that it would have to be towed to yet another lot to be fixed. They did have it for a week , that is the only part that was frustrating, but they did have other vehicles to see ahead of ours. They did not charge us for anything because they said they could fix the problem and did quote us a price and ended up keeping our vehicle for a week and nothing was fixed. They could have charged us for the tow to the other lot and for checking it out , but did the honest thing and did not charge us. They took the time to find a lot nearby that could fix the problem for sure and do it quickly and had it towed there when they really did not have to do any of that. We really think they offer great service and would definitely bring our vehicle back to them.
