Don't know what the previous reviewer experienced, but I have always been happy with the care, expertise, and service at Lentz Eye Care. The doctor was willing to explain the diagnostic process and prescription, and answered all of my questions. I even called with some questions after my visit and they were responded to quickly. The staff was friendly too. I'd recommend them to anyone.
