Here's another bowling alley choice, York has so many of them! My only experience has been with children's birthday parties. I've been to 2. One was assigned the private room and that was really nice. The only problem is that the room is relatively small so not all of the parents could fit in, we watched through the door opening. But, if you have kids that are a little older and parents aren't staying, that is the way to go. A host or hostess is assigned to each party and is in charge of the event. That gives Mom and Dad a nice break.
Book early for the private room, especially in the winter months!
