I've been going to Pete's since I was 18. It is what a bar should be; a friendly mix of people from every walk of life. You get a good drink for a fair price. The bartenders remember you when you come back...or at least what you drink which is the important thing. I also love it because you can tell Pete's loves our military fighting men and women. There are photos throughout the bar of planes and ships given to Pete's from the captains, marines and other service men who flew and sailed them. There is even a flag displayed prominently on the main wall which covered the coffin of Pete Jensen who fought in the Battle of the Bulge. I'm told he was a foot soldier who bravely followed the tanks in to battle and survived.
You have to love this place!
