This is a monthly newspaper that is distributed in the towns on the south of Tampa. They love local news and features, so they often represent the community well. I read it occasionally for the interesting little stories, which are never long enough to bore you. I also am able to grab the community calendar and see if there are any interesting events going on that my son would enjoy. Since it is a monthly they can't focus on hard news, but then again, most community newspapers don't. Oh, and it's free.
