Small community airport. Major airliners do not land here, it's mostly Cessnas and other small planes piloted by student pilots and visitors. The airport is clean and well maintained; staff are friendly; aircraft are newer models (some small airports have really old aircraft to rent). Location is good; Airport Rd is located in between Glenn and University Drive, not far from the golf course near the mall. Fuel is expensive and airplane rentals are outrageous in price, but the flight instructors are good and they are very organized. Somewhat limited parking on a busy day. There is an area for families to park and picnic (no tables) to watch planes.
