My husband and I love mexican food and were very excited when Mi Casa opened. The first 2 or 3 times we went there, the food was great and so was the service but lately, the service has went down hill fast!
The last 2 times we have went there, both times this past June, the service was terrible! We had to ask for silverware so we could eat, then I had motioned for the waitress to come to our table, and she IGNORED ME! I know she saw me too. When she finally came to our table, she asked gruffly "what do you want"?
When we paid our bill up front, the woman who waited on us was very rude, she couldnt wait for us to leave, she practically threw our change at us and never said thank you for coming, come see us again, NOTHING!
We will NOT ever go there again. That might explain why most evenings the parking lot is practically empty!
