When we first moved to the Shreveport/Bossier area we had trouble finding a place with three bedrooms and still affordable. We finally went to Rent Max because it sounded like a good thing. We got there and paid and got our list of houses and we spent all day looking at garbage. All of the houses were run down and in bad neghborhoods. We never went back and new we wouldn't get a refund because it was a waste of time to keep calling. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They just take your money.
