Best Western hotel is not the best place to stay at. On one of our vacation, we had asked for a non-smoking room but they gave us a smoking room. We complained, but they just didn't listen. The rooms were small and the carpet floor was dirty. The bedspread doesn't seemed washed. Overall the the hotel was very unsanitized. The maids did not do a good job at all.
