For the most part, I have been satisfied with Tops. They have good sales and double coupons. Yet, I did observe an incident at the deli counter that disturbed me enough to stop buying deli meats there. I witnessed a worker cut himself and then another worker continue to use the machine where accident occurred without properly cleaning it. I did report it to the manager, who assured me this would not happen again. I continued to shop there, but I just avoid purchasing from the deli counter.
