Our family has been with Kaiser Permanente and received exceptional care. We are happy with our doctors, and the urgent care (very little waiting!) options. We have had surgeries -- very low cost and have found them to be more efficient, cost effective and thorough. We were hesitant when we were forced to use a HMO, but now are thrilled!
