THEY MOVED!!! Ladies Fitness and Wellness had a great spot near the Home Depot then with only a 1- week notice, they up and moved to a tiny place that cannot accommodate all of the equipment. They share the aerobics and Yoga floor with another studio that is not happy to see us there. Classes have become very limited and it does not cater to the ‘working women’. Not only do the not fix broken equipment; they moved the broken equipment into the new facility. Don’t complain…you will be told to “chill”.
