Of course one does not expect fine cuisine from Taco Bell, but one would expect a modicum of consistency, cleanliness and edibility from any restaurant facility. Usually, Taco Bell franchises offer a shred of the aforementioned, but definitely not the New Circle location. My experience there has been cold food, slow service and a filthy restaurant. I have ceased to patronize this location anymore because of the poor quality all around.
