Avalon Cafe is a small little pizza parlor in Newtown Borough but the food they produce is like three times their size in deliciousness! They make the most awesome brick oven pizza's and feature alot of gourmet style pizza's. Their veggie pizza differs slightly each time you order it depending on just exactly what veggies they have in stock at the time but it's always delicious! They have fabulous sandwiches and grinders and entrees too. I particularly recommend the "Chicken Nancy" sandwich and have them add mushrooms to it - YUM. Also the people there are so sweet that once they get to know you a little bit and you become a 'regular' they'll treat you right for sure, like tossing in an extra pizza for free sometimes. It's a small little place and the parking ain't all that but it's worth it for the delicious food, that's for sure!
