The first time I went to JT Automotive, I was perfectly happy with the service. I dealt directly with JT and the job was done right... almost. They replaced my driver's side window motor, but when they did, they somehow disconnected my trunk release so it kept pooping open when I was driving. When I went back a few months later for a tune-up and to see why my coolant light kept coming on, it was a mess! They fixed the trunk release -- and lost part of my door paneling. They didn't even address the coolant problem, and charged me $230, even though they could not find my order invoice... I was livid but needed my car. When my coolant light came back on, I returned and they told me I needed a new radiator, at the tune of another $300 or so. All the while, blowing me off and making excuses as to why they couldn't help me. Now, today, my coolant light has again turned on and I lifted the hood to find that it is spewing coolant... I need them to do straight up honest work and fix it now. This will be a test. My advice: Never start going there in the first place. more
