Tried to get car washed today with long lines everywhere. When it was my turn, I chose my option, used my credit card and waited and waited and waited. The door never came up. I tried knocking on the doors of the building with no response. I tried calling the Car Wash with no answer and no answering machine. I blew my horn -- no response. I looked for help button on automated machine -- there was none. There was absolutely no access to anyone nor anything to let someone know there was a problem.
While I was waiting, I saw someone who worked for the car wash go into one of the locked doors -- did he leave? How can you leave on such a busy day? Why wouldn't you have it manned knowing the business you were getting?
You raised the price of the wash and the service is worse.
I called my credit card company because my card went thru and if it is processed, I will notify them to remove the charge.
