Dina did another wonderful deep tissue massage. I am happy to have finally found someone at Massage ENvy that consistently delivers the right amount of pressure for my back issues. She also is very good at adjusting the pressure as needed which differs from other massages I have had in the past from other employees. Extremely satisfied. Erica was extremely helpful in coordinating the transfer of some credit to a friend. She had to call the location where I originally signed up for my membership and wait on hold for a bit. I appreciate that she was able to explain to them what I wanted to do & execute the request so smoothly. She also was amazing at answering my many questions on how the process works
