Had problems with service dept, warranty 8/5/2005

I've had to bring my Windstar to Best Ford on several occasions. The last time I brought it in because I've had passenger side door problems since I purchased the vehicle (at another location). My van was still under warranty - a bumper to bumper warranty. I was given a quote for $300+ to have the hinges replaced on both doors. I asked if that was going to solve the door problems and they didn't know. And they said the hinges weren't covered under the warranty. Needless to say, I didn't have the doors fixed!! more
