My girlfriend and I found two stylish barstools that appeared to be of good quality. However, after picking up our new barstools and bringing them home, we were quickly disappointed. After we unwraped them from their protective packaging, we found that one was "wobbly" because of loose construction. Also, it had chips in the paint. The other was also wobbly b/c one leg was longer than the other!!! Of course, we figured we could just take them back to Roy's Furniture for a refund but they quickly told us that all sales are final and no returns are possible!! They did offer to exchange them for the same stools but because the quality was so poor, we decided that we must go with a more reputable furniture store. We are still fighting to get our money returned. Roy's has stylish furniture at low prices, but buyer beware!! Read the fine print and rest assured that you may be buying a "lemon."!!
