I joined Kickboxing in April and LOVE IT. I find Kevin and his staff to be respectful & motivating. They cheer you on and make sure you have proper form. I have tried for years to find something that kept me coming back and I've found it... I get a good workout, I get educated on form and nutrition as well as encouragement. I have found Kevin and his staff nothing but professional and would recommend him to everyone and anyone.
