We had our furnace serviced and cleaned by Fayette Heating and Air Conditioning, and we were very disappointed!
The man arrived about 20 minutes late, and when he arrived he smelled horrible like alcohol and acted like he had a hangover!
After he "cleaned" our furnace and left, we kept having problems with the pilot light going out! At first they were going to charge us to come out and fix it! Finally, after 2 additional visits our furnace was working properly! It turns out that a small part needed replaced because something he did while "cleaning" it made it break!
