I agree with the last poster about their service department. My wife made the mistake of buying a Ford, and now her key won't turn in the ignition. I called Best Ford on Amherst St in Nashua to see about getting it repaired. They said it would cost about $130 for the labor and $100 for the part. I thought that was pretty steep for an ignition change, but I didn't have the time to do it myself, so I agreed. I went down after work to set it up. Once I got there, the service guy told me that FIRST it would cost $100 for them to hook my wife's car up to their computer to figure out what was wrong with it. THEN they'd start charging me for actual work on the car. The key won't turn! Do you think maybe it's a problem with the emissions control or the oxygen sensor, Einstein? If you need a computer to figure out that it's the ignition you should be paying me $100 to practice playing mechanic on my car. Needless to say, I went to a friendly local garage and got it fixed for much less. Now that all of my family knows better, none of us will make the mistake of buying a Ford ever again. more
