We have found this store to have above and beyond customer service. On several occasions, we have needed it and we were not disappointed. In fact, we were taken aback at what they offered. The quality is good; staff well informed and helpful; management attentive to your needs; quality stock; great variety and everything you could want in a home store. They also have a goodly number of power chairs for the handicapped! (We've had good experiences with other Lowe's Stores as well.)
