I love that no matter which Vision Quest you call or go to, you get the same awesome customer service! I signed up in Auburn because that is where I live and I work in Seattle and just recently started using the downtown location. They are always helpful in answering any questions I have whether it be billing or training etc. They have even called the Auburn club to help me take care of a billing issue right there on the spot instead of telling me to go there to handle it. The staff at both locations are always friendly and proffessional! Best customer service at any gym I have ever been to!
