I had a white silver bracelet purchased from here that had accumulated a collection of tiny little scratches all over the band. A worker at the store said it is a very common occurrence because pure silver is soft, only the hard (less appealing) silver has other metals mixed in. She offered to have it rebuffed for me at a fee of about $8. I received a ticket and was told to return in 3 days. The end result was very nice, the bracelet looked like brand new again.
