This is my experience with an obstetrician. She is very old. she don't adobt for latest drugs. My wife got problem with her irregular cycles. We had beeen to this doctor several times. she supposed to give us a medicine to control the irregularities but she procrastinated that 6 months. We lost 6 months of time. Late we changed the doctor. The new doctor gave us the medicine immediately. It worked us a lot. SO that completely depend on the doctor the medicine you are expecting and the value of the time. I suggest not to go to other doctors if you have problem other than professional.
