I had a bad experience with Gailey Eye Clinic. I went in to see about getting glasses, but told them I might want to try contacts. The doctor I consulted with said if the contacts didn't work out, I could get my money back and put that towards glasses. So I figured I would give it a try. The contacts did not end up working out (dry eyes), and I had all kinds of problems getting the money put towards the glasses. They would not refund the money for my contact exam, even though they had said they would. I did finally get this resolved after writing a long letter -- but I will not go back!
