I totally agree with what has been said. I honestly don't know how they stay in business the way they treat potential tenants. After repeated phone calls to them to express my interest in an apartment, I finally heard back 5 days later. They then gave the apt to someone else, after knowing I sincerely wanted it (and was on record saying as much). They are lazy, rude, and immensely unprofessional. Their lack of customer service and common courtesy alone should be HUGE red flags.
