Ordered online, apparently my credit card billing address differed from the one I gave them so instead of contacting me, they refunded my order and cancelled my account. I would've been waiting for my order to arrive in the mail that never would come had I not tried to log in and see my account was cancelled. When I called to inquire as to why my account was cancelled the guy who I was talking to was very rude and condescending. If I didn't want the bones christmas ornament so bad I would've told him how I really felt and parted ways for good. We fixed the card issue and then I get an email telling me that shirt I also ordered for my kid was now out of stock. (most everything I wanted to order was out of stock, aggravating!) It was over $10.00 for shipping a t-shirt and small ornament, wow!
Bottom line, the employees are rude, I guess that's the culture bred there, customer service sucks, nothing in there extensive selection is ever in stock, shipping is insanely high. I will never order anything from Skates on Haight ever again and I suggest you don't either. There is enough competition out there not to have to take the abuse they give. Hopefully my order comes in a timely manner, time will tell.
