First thing in the morning I woke to a hot water heater that had leaked all over my basement. I called Gallinelli around 7:30 am. They returned my call as soon as they got in and told me they would have a new hot water heater delivered to my home before noon. They actually delivered it earlier than that so it was installed and working by noon and I was able to get to work and be productive at lunch time. I've also called them for a couple of other smaller emergencies and they've been extremely responsive, competent, and reasonably priced.
