I had a good experience with Charlie's Towing Service when being stuck out of the car with the keys inside and all doors and windows locked. They collaborate with my insurance agency and I received the service free of charge, so I can not tell if their price is OK, but the service was impeccable. They came on time and left my car without a scratch!
