It is common for Baltimore transplants to complain, "There's nowhere to get good Chinese in Baltimore". Well as a native New Yorker I can vouch that Dragon's Best is the closest thing to New York Chinese food that I have found in Baltimore! Everything is good! Especially love the sushi, very fresh. All kinds of chicken dishes are wonderful, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken with Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, and Chicken with Vegetable are favorites! Small but clean dining area, prefect for bringing the family. Take out is always just as nicely prepared as dine in. YUM! YUMMY YUM!
