I was very pleased that they would accept my return of a lampshade that I bought through the catalog. I have an old lamp from the PB store, so I called the catalog to see whether they still make a shade that fits it. The rep said they did, but when it arrived it was wildly out of proportion from the lamp and the hardware was totally wrong. The store not only took my lampshade back, I even got the shipping charges back. I'll stick to shopping at the store.
