Baaadddd job! They completely shaved around butt and genitals...never saw that before! Ears were supposed to be cleaned...they weren't even touched. There were 'nicks' around neck and ears...and 'bare' spots. Other areas looked like their hair was just 'chopped' off. Worst of all, for some reason, dogs were traumatized! When I brought them home, they were extremely fearful...they refused to enter anywhere where there was glass doors....like the ones they were led into in the grooming shop! Would NEVER take my dogs back there!!!
