I bought a car from Thompson and paid a premium. They did not have the car I priced out (missing DVD) but aggreed to put it in. The only DVD I knew of was the factory unit which I had priced out wuth what I agreed to pay. They put a cheap third party DVD in. Claim they did nothing wrong. Now I have to go to court. They SUCK! Go somewhere else. There are plenty of options in the Raleigh Area.
