Everything in the restaurant is fresh-made, including the biscuits and cornbread. Stick to the meat and three section and you'll be pleased. Even the fried stuff is yummy since they use a crisp cornmeal coating and thin slices so it doesn't get too greasy and heavy. Have you noticed how many Southern restaurants now serve store-bought ROLLS? Tsk tsk.
