I really think that this retailer should be forced to change their name. Why you ask? Have you ever purchased something at Best Buy and were told you had a warranty that covered this, and this, and this? Then when one of these this's happens and you take your purchase in for repair they tell you that this particular this is not covered under the warranty that you purchased?
This has happened to me several times and I am tired of it. I no longer trust Best Buy and don't believe anything they say. I feel like they tell you a bunch of hype to sell you "their" warranty and then that warranty is good for nothing.
I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again.
