Calypso Cafe is a great little Caribbean restaurant in Cool Springs that has a healthy, diverse menu. From yummy salads, to black bean dishes, to taco salad or rotisserie chicken, they have something for everyone. It's a casual, comfortable place, with friendly, efficient staff. Great place to eat when you don't have much time. Calypso is a very kid-friendly place, since it is laid-back, and down-to-earth. They also have a great stash of kid toys you are welcome to borrow while you are there (look to the right as you enter). All in all, a great place to eat tasty food that isn't bad for you, at a reasonable price. I especially recommend the Lucayan Salad. Soup's on!
