Bath & Body Works starts to draw you into the store as you walk by it because of all of the wonderful scents wafting out from it. I enjoy going in and checking out the latest scents in the lotions and other products. It seems like they are introducing new products all of the time as well as sending coupons as an incentive to come check out the new items.. The customer service is almost always top notch as well. I have only had a couple of issues there and they were quickly resolved by the manager.
