I just ate here last night for the third time and had another wonderful meal.
I am not a vegan - I love meat, chicken, fish - but when I see vegetables prepared in such an interesting manner, I can't resist!
They have both live (uncooked) and cooked veggies prepared with tofu, seitan, and tempeh, and a variety of sauces and breading.
The menu changes seasonally - you MUST have the sangria if you go this summer - perfect blend of flavor without the sour bite some sangrias have, and a bottom full of fresh fruit!
I even got my husband to try it, and he is a regular meat and potatoes kind of guy. He liked it, too!
