This place rocked my world today. It's a family owned butcher that's been around for 40 years (I'm actually only repeating this from a reliable 3rd party, it may not be true) that only does lamb. We're trying to pit roast a lamb this weekend, so we went in and said, "we're going to have 6 to 8 people, and we want a lot of leftovers." 30 seconds later, tow legs of lam were hanging on a scale. 2 minutes later, they had been run through a terrifying buzz saw, wrapped up, and handed to us. Another minute later, we'd paid $2.75/lbs. for our lamb and gone to reclaim our car from it's illegal parking spot.
