I was ready to purchase my first DSLR camera and didn't know what I was doing. I went in the store and met Mike B who spent more than two hours talking to me about the products what I could use them for, what was the better deal, and what a professional would need. This sold me completely. Not only did I purchase my camera there even though it sold for cheaper online, I have since purchased most of my accessories there except for the ones they didn't have in stock. Mike B's patience and knowledge is what I trust more than anything. He knows me by name and knows my husband and daughter and speaks to them with the same respect he does to me.
