"Connie's" in St. Clair Shores is one of the best children's clothing boutiques around. It's been around for years! My mother shopped at Connie's for some of my clothes when I was a child. Today, I shop there for the latest in fashion for my children. Some items are a bit pricey, however you can still find bargains here too! They only have two big sales a year, winter and summer. You can find things for 50-75% if you catch the sales right. They carry many of the department store brands as well as boutique brands. They have adorable hair accessories and socks for girls!
