I am a hardcore fan of Thai Tom's, even with the wait, the cramped quarters and the overall craziness. On the off chance that I am just not in the mood to wait there, I typically go down the street to Thaiger room. They are usually relatively crowded as well, but its not too hard to get a seat and the restaurant is much bigger. The food is definitely good there, just no Thai Tom :)
I don't know if this is true, but I have heard that the person who runs Thaiger room is actually a relative of Tom. Anyone know for sure?
