Good: Overall, made my kitchen look like it did the day it was installed. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Also, N.E. Grout has very friendly and knowlegable people working for them. Thank you Brian, you were exceptional!. Bad: I heard about them through a friend who couldn't believe the outcome. So I gave it a try, LOVED IT!!, and then in turn recommended another friend who is ecstatic as well. Other: The owner, Mr. Ray was nothing but a gentleman, and I wish him all the best..
