I got my first tattoo at Zebra, and went back later for another. The work there is top class, which is what you get when you go to one of the most highly rated tattoo parlors in the country. Now, you're going to pay for that expertise, but when you're getting a tattoo, it's worth getting right the first time. As parlors go, it doesn't look like it'd stand out, but they let their inking do the talking. They're quick, the give you good healing instructions (you'd be surprised how many other places forget to mention some of those things).
