When I moved, I used U-Haul to rent a truck. Let me just say that it was the first and last time that I'll ever use a U-Haul truck. I ordered my truck ahead of time and had a reservation for my use of it two weeks prior to me actually going to get it. When I went the day of my move to pick it up, they didn't have the truck size I reserved available. I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours for one to show up that was transferred over from another place. I was beyond irritated. The truck that I was given was an old one.....a REALLY old one. I'm so thankful that it worked long enough for me to move. By the looks of the thing, I didn't even think it was going to start.
