This is one of the few companies that customer service is A+++. We had to purchase sod for our home. We had an in-ground pool installed so we literally had zero grass to begin with. This was our first experience with sod and they walked me through everything step by step. No question was too silly--they showed great patience and kindness with me.
We had the sod delivered and they went out of their way to make it easier for us to lay the sod. They didn't just drop it all and go. They put several pallets at each end of the yard. This kept us from having to walk as much hauling the sod. Trust me--it makes a difference. Laying sod is back breaking work. Our grass looks beautiful and we have Nu Turf to thank. Their product is great and their customer service is outstanding!
