The Cleveland Public Library is a great attribute to the city of Cleveland. Anyone with a library card that looks like a puzzle can use their resources, not just Clevelanders. For example, people from Medina and Vermilion can use their resources. The downtown library is huge and overwhelming, but definately worth it because it is free. Another reviewer said the parking is free, but I don't know where that is. I take the rapid to Tower City and walk to the Main Library. They have a really neat Pop Culture Library and great book sales.
