I like cheap eats as much as the next guy -- probably more! -- but sometimes you have to go somewhere special. Houligans is one of those places. It has a cozy yet classy atmosphere, somehow reminiscent of a German beer hall. It's also got the beer to match: A selection of specialty brews on tap that will make your head spin, even before you've taken a sip. The menu prices may be steep (at least in my book) but you won't complain after you've tasted the entrées. I'd especially recommend the steak.
